oil cap missing

on Friday 28/02/2020 i went to Total Garage at Braamfontein to get fuel and and also check for my oil and water., which i did get the service. on my way home the car started to give me problems and because im a young lady and dont know anything about cars i didnt know what was wrong and i just prayed that i arrive where im going safe only to realise that after travelling over 300km to limpopo when i got home and explained to my dad that theres something wrong with the car thats when he decided to check to our surprise to find that the oil cap was not the my engine is covered with oil all over and the car is even leaking oil. i had now to go and buy a new cap because i had to return to Joburg then i went back to the Service station and asked to speak to the manager and they said the manager has already left. to cut my story short is that poor service was give and also that i had to wait for the manager again this morning when i had told them what time i will be coming back and still even now i had to compromise my time and everything and i was not met half way. Total Garage had given me poor service. my oil was leaking from Johannesburg until Limpopo Tzaneen and that is such a long drive to travel with something like that
