Not happy at all, totally unacceptable!

I am very disappointed with the Total Garage at Westgate mall. On the 27th of September I went there between 12:25pm-12:35pm driving a silver Hyundai Atos 1.1, registration number ZVL696GP, and requested the Petrol attendant to put full tank of petrol (93) for me and please also put 2.1 air pressure on all my tryes. The guy was friendly and assisted me in all that I asked for. I left the garage, and at about 17:00 driving back home from westgate, my tyre burst. It was so scary, it made such a noise and there was dust all over the place. Luckily I was near a garage in witpoortjie, the guys at the garage checked it out and told me extra air pressure has been put on my trye than I originally requested. I am not happy at all. That is so risky and not safe at all, I now do not have a spare tyre because of the negligence of one of your staff. I spent R 571 on my full tank of petrol that day. I was so scared and freaked out. I do not think I will ever use that, I am still shocked and confused on how a person can risk someone's life like that and be so careless.
