Not a happy customer

Good day On 25/10/2021 between 12:00 & 12: 07 I went to fill up fuel at a Total fuel station (Total technicon) in Philip Nel Park, Pretoria West on Rebecca Street. I waited for almost 4min without being attended to. There were no cars which were waiting, literally, I was the only car waiting to be fuelled and it is not as if it was busy. There were no petrol attendants for assistance, until an assistance which looked like he was throwing away a disposable lunch box came. His name is Given whom I asked why there were no attendants for assistance, he responded by saying "kudala ujamile" ( have you been waiting for too long)? The guy did not show any sign of remorse by apologizing as he continued to fill up my petrol. I felt so angry that this fuel station had given me the most bad service. I am no longer going to fill petrol in that gas station, I'd rather drive or push my car to the fuel station (Shell Garage) down the road.
