Nokuthula's service stinks.

I will start by saying I am a regular customer at the total garage petroport as it is on my way between home and work. I drive on the N1 route daily to and from centurion. The level of service at that garage has always been commendable except for today. I stopped,like usual for biltong and something to drink. I got the displeasure of being assisted by this devious Nokuthula. I swipe an incentive card,which I usually use at the same garage. She asks me for a pin,I tell her it does not require a pin. She said to me the machine wants a pin so where do I suppose she gets the pin from? Before anything she threw my card at me and called the next customer while I was still waiting there. I told her I will use cash, she went on and helped the customer behind me. After she eventually decided to assist me, I told her I do not appreciate her level of service,she told me I stole a persons card and I want to swipe it by her,I'm cought. She called me a *****. I need to find out if that is how total trains their staff. I told her I will report her and she said I must go ahead,nothing will happen. This is ubsolutely unexceptable. I will never view this garage the same again because of one lousy pe
