No responses for months

We have app**** for a total card more than 6 months ago. No one has helped or contacted us. I sent emails to Dinah and Junior for more than 4 months but no one replies. I sent a message to Total’s facebook page and they said their team is busy and will get back to me once they have time. This was 3 months ago!!!!!!! When will someone finally help!!!!!!!
