My car stollen from the garage's car wash

On the 23 October 2015 I took my car to the car wash as I usually do on Fridays. Drop the car and fetch it after 30 minutes but that day when I came back i found my car stollen and the manager's Mellisa and Irene authorised the car washers to give away my car to a person they don't know. My car was later recovered but it was damaged and I had to pay excess to the insurance. We had a meeting with Melissa and she promised to help me with the R300 excess that I paid to the insurance. Till today she only paid R1500 and now she ignores my calls,messages and emails.We have everything I writing but now she is not keeping part of her promise.She told me she will pay me half of the excess then when later the case is dropped another half.I only took my car to the garage to spend R60 on car wash but I ended up spending R3000 which I did not badget for.<br>
