I have bought a Toyota Prado in 2014 brand new, at 140 000 km it blew 2 x pistons, warrantee paid for another engine. A 100 000 km further and it blew another piston at 240 000 km

Now the warrantee is over and I am sitting without a vehicle

Try to phone Customer Care, the voice system declare there trading hours but then drop the phone as if it is not within the hours, yesterday you could get through to Sales and Finance but not complaints, interesting.

All this social media advertising about Toyota and down running the opposition does not make sense if you cant even get through to a call center let alone the quality of vehicle.

How do you purchase a vehicle of over a million rand today and it cant last for 240 000 km
