Leaving a car at the carwash and they lose keys

I left my car at a car wash that I normally use but was told that my keys are lost and there is no one who knows it. I have a trip to take and take care of meetings and business.<br> <br> Management seems not to be able to take care of my needs of hiring a car for me to take care of business and tow the car back to the car rental company.<br> <br> This is the worst experience and I have business to take care of and I get paid for attending meetings and delivering on my deliverables.
