Lack in service

<p>To my utmost regret, I have decided to fill up at N12 Total between Delmas and Emahlahleni, just to find that they do not have any electricity. The manager left to find fuel (at a petrol station) as the generator ran out. He returned approx. 30 min after I arrived. Unfortunately I am dependend on the fuel as my vehicle is empty and therefore still await (1 hour +) for the team to start the gen. I will never rely on this filling station as it does not seem as if the staff members have proper support and knowledge with regards to crisis management. Unfortunately Total has already lost a number of customers which I have noticed during the time I have sat here and also believe that those customers will not rely on the filling station in future</p>
