incorrect Petrol price being charged

To whom it may concern<br> <br> on Wednesday i happened to fill up my tank on the way to work only to find out i was being charged the old petrol price because apparently the manager had \forgotten"to adjust the price. its quite convenient that it was when the price was supposed to come down as i have never had the pleasure of filling up at the older lower price when the petrol price goes up. I only fill my car up at Total Albermale and Dowerglen but with dishonest and ******* service like that i think i should reconsider.."""
