*********** petrol attendant

I want to just say how terrible my experience was at the glencairn total service station. first of all I pull up to the petrol pump and Simon the attendant says I cant park there and then I asked why not. and then he sarcastically said fine if you want me to scratch your car i'll do it not a problem. then I parked the way he asked me and he didn't even come to my window to ask what petrol I want, then I stick my head out saying I want r100 LRP and instead he threw in UNLEADED. knowing he was in the wrong he still accused me of telling him unleaded even though I put LRP in my car countless times. then after I politely asking to speak to the manager they all decided to gang up on me and tell me im in the wrong and telling me I should still pay for his mistake. After refusing and getting the owners number I speak to the owner Mr. Mc Cloud he goes on to tell me that I should start reading up on technology because I obviously don't understand how a car works and he boasts about how much he earns and that im over reacting over the fact that the wrong petrol was put in my car. I got a whole speech of how innocent Simon is, I left feeling very disappointed that it was so unprofessional
