I swiped for petrol at the garage then the petrol attendant ask me to swipe 3 times saying it didn't go through

I swiped at Total Garage in Bronkorspreit. The petrol attendant said it didn't go through. I told her it did on my phone. He asked me 2 more times and I told him that it went through and he insisted that I should pay again. I told him I was from the Eastern Cape how am I going to get my money back he said he's sure it didn't go through. i decided to sleep over so that I can make sure it didn't go through. I slept at the guest house in Bronkorspreit. The following morning I went to the bank for the bank statement. It showed that it deducted 3 times. I went to the garage i was told that they still have to look at their bank statement and the manager wasn't around. I told them I was coming from far as they could also see the number plate of the car. I was told to take the cell phone number of the lady who was in charge then called Bongi. Immediately I arrived in the Eastern Cape i called the lady . She gave the phone to his boss and the boss gave me his email address to send him the proof from the bank. I sent it and he promised to attend to the matter. I waited for his call nothing . I decided to send the msg again as a reminder Up to date he never responded or paid the money.
