I have made a purchase of heets cigarettes which is 39 rand which i did reserch and all flavors are the same price thay charged me 39 for the russet selection and 57 rand for the blue selection and when i questioned the manager about it she told me the prices differ in each flavors and the heets company which i brought my heets device from told no markup where allowed from any retail stores
