I am really not Happy and Angry

Good Afternoon I don't even know where to start as what happens just took my energy.I visited Total garage in Mewlmoth just now for a full chicken.We waited as usual for about 20 minutes.The chicken was so burnt in an unbeatable way.we then consultant the chef who was not welcoming at and we were referred to the guy who they said it was the manager.later they brought back 3 pieces of meat and they said that what was left in the pocket which is not true.we only had 3 peace's of the meat how come we were only left with 3 peace's.I then went back to the guy who they said it was the manager who when I went to him he said I should not scream to him.He should be anyway be knocked off by now.What made me sad is that he went on to say " It's you ladies who always have a problem because the guy (My boyfriend) was very soft.I could not talk any longer as I was scared to say something's that I will regret I then left him with the meat and also the one that was bearnt they took it.The whole chicken is R120 which we lost.I am really not happy with his.
