"I am not going (clean your windscreen)"- To my FACE

I would like to review the service received at Total Knoppieslaagte (Centurion-PTA). On 03 August 2021 I went to fill up at the filling station a full tank of fuel and requested that the attended please wash/clean the windscreen. He didnt do this do after paying and thanking him, I asked him again to wash the windscreen to which his reply was "I dont want to" in a calm voice. I asked him again and he said he "was not going to do it" and simply walked away. Surprising since we exchange pleasantries and everyone was in a good mood. This is how service quality deteriorates in a good established, bad apples.
