Horriffic service

I experienced the worst service ever .i went into to the total at (queen Nandi drive northbound) where i was treated like i was a beggar.The black lady who was assisting me was extremely rude to me. To cut the long story short i was there to grab a bag of chip and cooldrink only to find they had a special so opted for that,so i already scanned the other items but wanted to change and this girl had a nerve to ask me "why did you not ask about the specials instead of wasting my time getting me to scan these items" .....imagine!!! Telling a customer that,i mean i would like to think i have a roght to change items if i feel it will save me some money.She went on to say that she is also a customer at other retails and that the "customer is always right" rule does not apply with her ... I am still annoyed by the incident,**** service indeed
