Horrible Service from Total Sport

I ordered a sneaker online, requested a size 6. When I opened the box after delivery the sneaker was a size 5 in a size 6 box! since then I have been trying to get assistance but no one wants to assist me with tracking the correct size. The service is disgusting from Total Sports. They want me to go looking for the correct size, like it was due to my incompetence. One week and still no help
