horrible service at Total garage N12

i went to total garage on the N12, between Ogies and DELMAS, the one to jhb, i went there lastnight between 20;10 and 20;30 ..i wanted a pie, went to the pie section no one assisted me and there was no one, a group of staff were sitting by the window i called out for help from the cashier who were busy on their phones(the guy is a superviser wearing a jacket labelled supervisor) they ignored me, i went to him and asked for help, he told me its self service, fair enough, i normally pay first and produce proof that i have paid and get my pie, i went back to serve my self but the container do not open from the customer 's side and there were no paper pockets, i asked him again, that the is no paper pockets and i cant open container, clearly disturbing him from his whatsappchats, he shouted at me to go around the container, where normally staff work from, and we went on about how i am a attention seeker, am always complaining, he went on and on insulting me saying i am an adult and i must behave like one, Total can view their cctv and how he was behaving while both staff didn't care and were busy on whatsapp, every morning there one petrol attendant(4 to 6 am) you will wait for 10 minutes to be served, rest of the team is sleeping at that time, bathroom ventilations are not working, you will be met with a bathroom smell as you enter worse you are selling food and this is not hygienic at all, rude staff and managers
