Horrible expeience at Total Melkbosstrand.

I tried to pay with a card that had sufficient funds on it. The atm Inside also wouldn't dispense. I had cash elsewhere and asked if I could go to another ATM where I knew I would be able to draw. They refused . Nearest one to the Service station was at leas a km in the town . I have used this service station many times so some of the attendants will have recognised me. Since he would not let me leave I asked the manager if he would take me to another atm at the centre in town. he agreed but 10 minutes later I was still standing. I paid them with a very sentimental not given as a gift that I did not want to part with. This was all round a horrible experience. I will not be back despite the fact that I pass that way often and it used to a service station I liked.
