Please hire people that actually want to work and get rid of the spineless staff you have currently.

Why do I have to leave my vehicle to beg for service? Why is there no manager available ? Why can't I have the manager number? Your staff have a no care attitude and are spineless. Does this service station even have a manager???? Who is going to reimburse me for the time I waited for service?Even if the world is on holiday that does not mean that everybody is on holiday!

I would reckon that in this current economic phase the country finds itself that people will go above and beyond on service delivery? I request that you please hire competent staff and actually hire a manager for your service station.I would like to be compensated for my time your staff has wasted! Further more I was given a non-existent email for the manager?!!!!
