Gas and Service in General

Hi I have the following 2 complaints and best you take it up with Management i have been a loyal customer of your station for 4 years but no more<br> 1.The shop is disgusting inside there is always a bad smell I think it is from the Mug and Bean that is supposed to be there Ithink it is now 9 months evertytime I ask where it is they say it is Head Office they are waiting for.I am now supporting the To<br> 2.On Saturday they had no gas I was there 3 times Sunday morning I go to drop of my gas bottle and pay so long for a new bottle so when the delivery comes I cant get a bottle at least no hassle with that but it is prior to that I get there and one of the attendants comes to me and basically in his arrogant manner says No Gas there was pure hatred in his eyes towards me I at least no how to contain my anger and not to do anything I think if there was omeone else they wouldnt have taken his bad attitude the guys dont know basic courtesy Say sorry we unfortuanely don have gas at the moment but we are expecting a delivery a bit later so please come back a bit later to see (by the way the gas never came) basic customer service if you dont like being a petroil attendant then fingd another jo
