I refuelled at Total Cashan Rustenburg. The attendant added an extra zero to the R1400 due and I ended up swiping R14 000 unaware. I went back to the garage, the tell me to go through the bank process of reversing the transaction which takes up to 21 days. Really Now??? They confirm that my money is in their account but wont just refund. Please check your transactions before entering a pin and stay away from TOTAL.
