Forecourt radio too loud after midnight every night

I am a local resident living across the park from the petrol station. The music from the forecourt speakers can be heard all night. Volume needs to be controlled better. It is becoming a nuisance on a daily basis. Management needs to address this problem with a simple solution, ask the attendants to keep the music softer or remove the radio after 23:00
