Failure to wash care properly

This is the second time we came to our bakkie and the roof was NOT washed. Completely ignored. Not even water sprayed on to wash. Each time asking again to wash it after they already begun drying off. When asking to speak to management, I got the dumb exspression of they don't know what I am talking about. And then explaining what happen, more confused looks were on their faces. The worst service!
