Expired bread from quick shop

<p>This morning around past 7, my husband went to buy bread at total garage in Savouy Mthatha before he left. Only to realize the bread has expired, phoned in and told them, they told me that he should be the one who checked the bread and that they cant help me because I only have the slip in a picture. </p> <p> </p> <p>I can not believe that people will sell expired food and then make it the customers responsibility to check. How ridiculous, especially in a shop that opens 24hrs</p>
