Dreadful service at Total Tokai

The staff at the Tokai petrol station are not interested in providing customer service. Three attendants doing nothing, but not one of them bothered to come and serve me. And then the loyalty card machine wasn't working so I had to wait 10 minutes while this problem was dealt with.
