Double standards in customer service based on race

Total Petrol garage shop corner of Lupton Drive & Church, midrand. Went there to buy cigarettes, customers had to use the external "window counter" (no problem. Waited in the queue, when it was my turn I stepped up and asked for a pack of smokes, an african customer walked up to the counter while I was talking and addressed the cashier who promptly and completely ignored me and immediately fullfilled the interrupting customer's request and then turned to me and asked what I needed. Insulting enough that as a racial minority we are harrassed by police and mistreated at government offices, but to see this behavior and proud practice of ************** in the private sector even at shop level with other africans standing by watching with relish and satisfaction at this blatant ************** is the last straw. Bad enough that my people can get arrested for things as trivial as buying baby formula. But if this is the norm amongst your staff then expect a similar and proportionate lack of respect and courtesy from my people in return. I'll be recommending that racial minorities steer clear of Total fuel stations who's staff clearly prefer to cater exclusively for the majority. I was respectful in the past when addressing staff there and now realise that at every visit to that shop none of my courtesy was returned except blatantly avoiding interacting with racial minorities.
