Disrespectful service at Total Garage

I went to the Pimville Total garage (08/03/03)& a very rude petrol attendant addresed me as 'Dudlu' (a very disrespectful zulu name to call a woman).I gave him R100 &asked for 93 unleaded - R50.I exited the car, to go to the shop, &asked him to give the change to my friend who was sitting in the car.He was busy making silly comments& clearly didn't hear a thing I said because as I was walking away he asked AGAIN if I had asked for 93 unleaded or 95 - & I confirmed 93 for the 2nd time.When I came back he hadn't given my friend the change & when I asked for my change he told me he had poured R100 petrol.At 1st he admitted to not listening to me and not hearing the ammount.But when I called his manager (Tshepo) he changed his statement and said that I DID NOT mention the ammount. The manager was not objctive at all. He took his coleagues side. He told me it was my responsibility to make sure the atendant heard me.That's when I asked for the garage owners number.Only then they offered to drain the petrol which would take 4hrs.After a few mins a gentleman came and offered me my R50 back.I'm disgusted at the way I was treated. Serious disciplinary should be taken against the 2 attendants
