Dishonesty petrol attendant

Dishonesty petrol attendant and un proffessional attitude of the manager at Freddies service centre , 99 moshoeshoe street kanana , sebokeng. On the 19.05.2025 i requested the petrol attendant to fill diesel for me for only R100.00. I then tendered with a R200.00 Note and i waited for my change and the guy never came back to give me my R100.00 change . i then questioned him why he has not given me my change and the petrol attendant said that i dont have any change because i paid with a R100.00 note. i explained to him that i gave you a R200.00 note and not a R100.00. The called someone who acted as a manager to try and resolve my complaint. I requested to be shown the cctv footage of how much i gave to staff member and was denied that right to check and confirm my assertion. The so called manager was so sided with his staff suggesting that i was fabricating my case or making falsely accusation on his staff without him having done an investigation. The staff member was dishonesty and stole my money. The manager was so unprofessional in his behavior and attitude in resolving my complaint.
