Disgusting service

I am utterly disgusted at the service at Total garage Bonjour shop in observatory. Not only did the cashier not pay attention and put through my transaction twice but to get my refund I have to drive around wasting my money on petrol for your mistake to get a bank statement even though I offered to email it to them. I want my money back immediately.
