Disgusting and appalling service constantly
<p style="color: #555555;">I am utterly disgusted by the lack of concern at Total garage Winchester Hills constantly.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">I live 800 metres away from this petrol station therefore its convenient as I fill my tank up everyday as my job involves me travelling a lot.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">Well no more shall I support thisgarage,I would rather inconvenience myself and travel 2kms further to another petrol station than made to feel like I am doing the staff at this petrol station a favour.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">The blatant lack of concern from both attendants, cashiers as well as management in this store is a great concern.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">Even though I am aware that new management has taken over the terrible service has been stemming from way before this.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">All staff in this outlet need serious training on customer service and efficiency should be instilled in them.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">I'm actually at a loss for words after my last episode at this Garage,and the disrespect I received from the cashier.</p> <p style="color: #555555;">This is a everyday thing at this Total garage,I would understand if it happened once in a while.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">Totally Disgusted!!!!!!!</p>
