Disgusted with Service !!!

I made a stop at around 7.55am this morning at the Total quickshop in Risegate.

I picked items that I wished to purchase. When I arrive at the front to pay, the cashier was absolutely rude....Firstly, she had a sense of no urgency, cashing up, taking monies for fuel, opening and closing the cash register....didn't make any eye contact. I greeted her, was received with a weak hi or hello ...Never bothered to even apologize. I stood there for a very long time, the assistance next to her seemed bothered that she was so slow but I don't think he able to assist in any way, as only her till was open....I eventually found out that her name was Zala or Zana ( from the petrol assistant outside)

I have never in my life received such bad service that I left my purchases and walked out. No one seemed phased. The assistant picked up the stuff (this I saw driving off) I wish someone could look at the video footage of this incident.

Disgusted with service !!!!
