Customer safety not a priority for Total

I visited KK Motors in malvern Queensburgh. Whilst I was filling up in my delivery bike. The car behind me which was filled with 4 possibly ******* Pakistani intoxicated foreign nationals. I went up to the car driver and asked to see his license as he collided with my vehicle. He refused to show me his license(It'srequiredby law). He swore at me and I drew my pepper spray. A white male who identified himself as the owner of the garage said that he would ban me from the garage as I was the smaller customer and me filling for R100 everyday is not money to him. So he only respects customers according to how much they spend. He said my R100 business doesn't make him. So that means he doesn't appreciate the business poorer clients bring. If you are rich he'll side with you.He never told the car driver not to jump the line nor assist me to get the other drivers details. He told me that customers safety is not his priority and he has a disclaimer sign that we use his garage at our own risk.
