Complete lack of service

I filled up my car and put in a pint of oil on Friday, 24 July 2015. I was on my way to OR Tambo Airport to collect some friends and travelling alone. I can not recall the name of the attendant that helped me but he was a little slow but I was patient. I then left the service station and got stuck in traffic - a lot of it. On the way back from the airport I was headed to Braamfontein when a gentlemen stopped next to me in traffic to tell me it looked like something was leaking under my car.

I pulled over as soon as possible only to realise that the oil cap was not put back on and that my engine was covered in the pint I had purchased!!

I tried calling the branch for 2 days with no answer, until I finally reached Lucky, the manager, on Sunday 26 July 2015, who told me that I should come in to get my engine washed and that the matter would be investigated.

I have heard from nobody since then!! I have tried calling the branch but with no luck of anyone answering or calling me back. I find this to be completely unacceptable service and I refuse to accept the matter as resolved as it stands! I have the slip to confirm the oil purchase and plan to pursue this matter further.
