COMPLAIN

I went to a TOTAL GARAGE SMALLFARM to fill up and sent a child to buy a cold drink, mistakenly he bought a wrong flavour, when he went for exchange a cashier girl (MKGALANE) with a bad attitude, no manners and has bad customer service refused to make an exchange. The garage shop has no sign that says NO REFUND. I had to go to the shop by myself to make an exchange, she gave me attitude and talked too much,refused. I had to speak to a very helpful garage manager for an assistant told that girl to make an exchange for me. The manager is an understanding person but he needs to teach his staff about customer service and leave their personal issues at home.
