Chasing customers away
This morning as I drove through the fore court, the attendant busy taking stock at the fridge (with his back to the traffic) stepped back and hit my cars mirror. He then continued to shout and scream at me as I drove off, I turned around to get his name as I wanted to lay a complaint, because he stepped into my car... He refused to give his name, but he had a supervisor shirt on. The person taking reading on the pumps, Chris Joubert, stepped in and said that the attendant was right, and he saw what happened which he did not, he was on the other side of the fore court, taking readings...

This attitude of senior and possibly the owner of a TOTAL filling station is unacceptable!!! I will from now on drive to the Engen garage to fill up every week, as the nature of my work is that I have to drive around a lot, they now lose at least 2 tanks of Diesel per week, that is 140l per week,560 per month and 6 720l per year... Not to mention the cold drinks and other stuff I used to buy there.
