cashier/manager

I asked the cashier to warm up my russian and chips. He said the microwave is broken. Then i asked him to please swap it for a pie that was warm. He looked at me like ia was stupi and said that wont happen. I then told him that i will pay extra. He told me that is not possible either. I then asked for manager. He said he is the manager. I then asked for the owners number hw said no. I asked him for his name he refused. I know he he was working the later shift.
