Took my car the inner run ********** floor carpet to be cleaned for a vito mercedes . 2 day later still not clean and when I got there to collect they leave it on the ground with tyre marks. They left it in the drive way and allowed cars drive over and damage it. Wow. They told them to fix this and spoke to Q as he calls himself the supervision of Total Cash wash on the phone . He will sort it out. He told me the owner Jaco does not take calls and he will resolve . Perfect service I though . Got back 2 day to collect and give them time . Disgusting the cut and scratch all rubber on mat . Wow. New became old just like that. I have the staff on video saying it was perfect when I dropped it off and they damaged it some how . Spoke to Q the supervision of Total car wash again and explain . He called back and on voice recording on my phone that they are to blame. It is there fault. Perfect as I told him I have all on recording . Had to come to telling him I have his confession on voice recording and a video and that small claims court will sort out as it is a free service . What a joke wantEd to give nothing and say it's tuff luck and I must collect my matter or it will or can get ******. Now that is a threat too. He now offers me R400 for a damaged mat . I request repair or replace . Then I will be happy . Cannot repair so replace . R6000 for a new one at Mercedes . Seems Mr Q says he will pay me but only R400. Total car wash *****S my R5600 from me . NEW HEAD LINE . This is a Total brand and took it up with the manager at the total Mr ?? White . He does not know and does not care . So TOTAL IS NOT MY BRAND AND AM SURE AS MY GARAGE I ALWAYS USE AS CLOSE TO VORTEX AND CHAMBERLAINS FOR MY BUSINESS. LET YOUR FRIEND BOYCOTT THIS BRAND AND GARAGE.
