Car Washed Only Outside

I took my Kia Picanto to Total Garage car wash in Meerensee on 27 September afternoon to be washed.. I purchased the full wash. I left while my car was still being washed by a lady to go get something and when I came back a guy who was washing another car told me my car is ready. When I got into the car it was exactly the same way I brought it. Still dirty, litter still in the car, dust still on the car door interior and seats. The car was washed only on the outside. I had to sit for more time while my car was washed pproperly after I had complained to the other guy who was washing another car.I had to leave with dirty tyres because it was late. I was very disappointed by this and I would like the message to get to the lady who was supposed to wash my car to know that I was very disappointed with her subpar service, unfortunately I don't remember her name.
