Car Mats went MISSING!!

<p>On the 14th May 2017 i took my car to the car wash at around 16:35 (TOTAL GARAGE WOODSTOCK). my car was washed and done, when i took my keys to drive home i saw that my mats were not in the car i asked they guy the was washing my car, he went to check and brought 3 sets of mats and i told him that they werent mine. i then went to look for the manager (WELLINGTON M) i was told that the is no manager they went home. i requested the contact details of manager as i dont stay in town. i called him and he said first thing tomorrow morning he will check cameras to see what happened tothe mats. today around 10am i am called by the manager requesting my whatsup details to send pictures he then sends me the pictures of the mats i saw yesterday and told them those are not mine. at 12;00pm its only then that he says he will check those mats. Until now my mats have not been found i am so dissapointed by the service i got from total since its a big brand i was not expecting this from them.. poor service.</p>
