Being called an asshole for demanding that my chips should not be mixed with the burnt chips

After I had ordered a pie and fried chips, Layla the cook at Total Garage Braamfontein wanted mixed the new chips with the old burnt ones, I then told her to remove the burnt ones. She told me I talk too much after that i confronted her for making such a statement, she then insulted me calling me a ****en asshole then walked away after multiple attempts to speak to the manager no one was able and willing to hear me out, I just walked away. One of the cashier saw the whole incident but didn't help or act at all.
