Beaten Up at Total Garage
After my frustration with no positive response from the management at Total Gateway I have decided to go to social media.<br> My family and I were placed in the most horrific situation this past weekend, which has left me feeling helpless. <br> My daughter in law who is highly pregnant wanted to make use of a lavatory, so we stopped at the Total Gateway fuel station. We found that the toilet facilities were not in working order, as the coin operated slot was jammed. My son sought assistance from the cashier behind the counter at Bon Jour Kwik Shop, to have a look at the problem, he did not respond to the request, so he asked him to exchange a R10 note for more R2 coins to use the toilets, the assistant claimed that the till was closed and he cannot help him. My son informed him about the situation regarding my daughter in law, the cashier became aggressive, furiously flinging the R10 onto my son, my son then proceeded to the Mug and Bean which is in the same store for coins, where he was assisted with coins.<br> When my son exited the Bon Jour, the assistant was outside and he walked parallel with my son, towards the toilets, my son expressed dissatisfaction regarding his service. According to our records, the findings from the initial investigation were shared with you on Monday, June 1, 2015 at 2:17 PM and you were further contacted on Thursday, June 04 by Stuart Lofthouse. A further investigation by Total Head Office is currently underway. Charges have been formerly laid with the SAPS by your son and also by the Total Cashier and therefore the police are also conducting an investigation.
