Bad Servjce

Total Energies rewards system is great BUT their franchise in Park Rynie, KZN is totally useless.when using the scan QR code system to award points. On 3 occasions I have refueled and the points remain pending as the scanning does not work..Other customers have also had the same problem. They are unable to manually correct the problem. I will NEVER use them again!
