Bad Service/*****

I bought fuel at Richwood Total Garage at Burgundy Estate Capetown. Then I noticed the fuel indicator did not show...so I left and drove for a while to see if it will show yet it didn't. Then I came back and asked why my fuel is not showing, unfortunately the attendant I was buying another fuel and then put in the tank another fuel that also did not show, so I requested for the slip, the slip showed the amount but there was nothing showing in the car that there was fuel...my digital KM indicator did not show increase in Km and the fuel indicator didn't also show. So I decided to use another pump lo and behold when they put in same amount from that new pump it showed increase of the amount that was bought. So clearly the earlier pump had no fuel. So the manager was called in to check if there was fuel in the earlier pump, he didn't even listen to my story to address my situation but rather was rude to me. I am appalled by the attitude and shenanigans that manager played. I am sure that is he behaves to ***** from unsuspecting customers. I will never use that garage avin.. .they are ******* in that garage.
