Bad service and loss of money

On the 02nd of October 2017 I went to pour petrol at the Total garage service station Meredale around past 8am - 10am in the morning. The Petrol attendant by the name of Vusi was not concentrating on what I had told him, he decided to put in R100 worth of petrol where as I asked for R300 - 95 petrol. As I turn around I see he poured r100, I correct him and tell him that I wanted R300 - 95 petrol. He then proceeds by pouring 93 - R200.

I notice later that he poured 93 petrol as he was about to close up the process. The petrol is being pumped from the 93 pump. I proceed by asking to speak to his manager for the appalling service, the attendant denies everything by stating that I asked for 93 where as I requested for R300 - 95 petrol. The manager Faiza promises to follow through in the error that took place by pouring me the actual petrol I requested for the next time I need to refill my petrol.

I had to pay for thin oiled 93 petrol, which was out by the next day because of the terrible service given to me. Petrol that is never poured in the make of my car because of an *********** attendant eventually the attendant apologizes but I am still inconvenienced. The manager doesn't follow up, I had to follow up on what she promised or on our verbal agreement. Faiza then turns against what she said she would do, she goes against her word by speaking to the owner of the service station by the name of Zunaid who was rude and unapologetic, he says that he can only reimburse if there was damage to my car and he will send me a letter of apology. I asked him what kind of customer service is this, my money was wasted on something I was forced to take and the manager totally went against their word.

He was rude through the call I explained that thin petrol is now out and as a man or owner he should understand the difference and the principle of this, petrol is already expensive and I am inconvenienced .All he said was he will send a letter of apology and nothing else will take place.

The total franchise needs to know what kind of owners represent them with their appalling service. No sense of accountability or remorse, the remorse is forced because of a complaint and there are no follow ups. From the working staff (attendant) involved to management and owner. I want my money back. If not the correct petrol to be reimbursed as the manager suggested which was a **** because she did not follow through.

This needs to get to Total head office.

We cannot be bul**** or forced to take things and be at a loss by companies that think its okay to mistreat and inconvenience people.

Who should be at loss? I paid for something I didn't want, that I am sure I was clear about.
