Bad service and lack of customer service

I went to Total garage to buy pack cigarettes, there were two tellers, I choose to stand on a que next to the entrence, the teller sent me to the next teller, 8 went and queue there, the next teller was busy on the phone with one client in front, then then second teller sent me to the first teller, I asked the teller why did you send me to the next teller and he sent me back to you? She ignored me totally not even serving me, the 2nd teller that sent me to the first one was busy assisting people which were behind me, I am standing there not served, then after serving everyone who was behind me I went to the 2nd teller for assistance, then the 2nd teller told me that I am the supervisor on shift so if I have any problem I must write on the suggestion box there is nothing anyone can do he doesn't care what I will do, he even through my money back and said I must go and buy at the Indian shop he can't even serve me, collect my money and left.
