Bad service

I just want to report that the service at the Total Waverley garage in Codonia avenue is disappointing. There is a white lady with glasses that works there and she is very rude. If you go to purchase something there and she must help you, then she looks like she doesn't want to be there. I purchased items at the quick shop for a few times this week so far, and she asks how can she assist?? Like honestly, it's quite obvious what I want, or how you can assist me. If there was anything else I would of asked for it. If you walk into the shop and you greet her, she only looks at you without responding! Almost like you owe her something. Omw... What type of customer service is that?? And to top that off... Their shelves is disorganised. The pies are placed at the wrong tags. I wanted a cheese and onion pie, took one behind said tag, came home and it was a steak and kidney. I also took one behind a tag that said "spare rib" and it was a chicken and mushroom pie. They don't even bother to pay attention to detail. Disgusting.
