Bad service

In the last 2 months I have been to the service station on Malibongwe on several occasions for fuel. Honestly I don't know if the fuel attendants there are blind or what. On all occasions we waited for assistance for close to 10 minutes with no one attending to us. It is a very convenient garage but I have given up. The first time I thought it was me but I went back 3 more times. Still I just waited till I left and went to Caltex a few metres away. The funny thing is they look shocked when I drive away and I don't think they realise the chances of clientele they miss in their ******** customer service. Unfortunately I have become biased against all total service stations.
