Bad service

I went to total garage in geelhout park in Rustenburg this morning and filled my car with 5lt, and it didn't show, the attendant and manager assured me that it will but in heart I knew they were lying to me because I drove to platinum square and still it didn't show that I had filled it. And they both kept saying it is R100 so that is why there was no difference but I disagree because I had always filled my car with 5lt petrol and it moved. Her name is b thamage ID 5200.
