Bad Service

Good Morning,

To whom it may concern,

Total Annlin, 2 Braam Pretorius.

Petrol Attendants - Arrogant, unhelpful, no customer service, bad attitudes.

I have been a loyal Customer for a few years now. Mostly because of the Mugg & Bean inside the garage as the Coffee and the Quiche's are delicious and the Staff is always Friendly and very helpful. The problem is the Staff at the Garage. I don't like to fill up at the Garage as there is no service, friendliness, arrogant attitudes - NO assistance whatsoever from the Petrol Attendants.

Seems to me they are not Trained to do the work or how to treat Customers. They all stand there looking like Site Foreman and you have to wait a Lifetime before you get Service.

You guys can learn a few things from the Shell Service Stations.

Lets see what can be done to better this bad service.
